– Up to a party of 6 ($25/night for each additional guest above 2 per night)

– Pu’u Poa 306 is a non- smoking, no pet property.
– All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of payment and signed rental agreement.
– Rates are subject to change without notice.
– The security deposit will be returned in full within 30-45 days unless extraordinary cleaning/maintenance is required.
